Your LS2 fuel rails and injectors will work on this intake...You just need new intake gaskets , MAP sensor , rear plug , and under padding foam ( should come with new gasket kit.)

Do these work on 5.3L?

 

No they will only work with LS3/L92 rectangular style ports...not cathedral style intake ports.
