Kenwood Bluetooth KCA-BT300

I bought this and shortly after my stereo went out. It never made it to get hooked up.
I paid 150 on amazon. I think $100.00 shipped is fair.

What exactly can you do with this? Is it only compatible with a kenwood head unit or others?
