I have a K&N off my 00 5.3 Silverado, its pretty complete has the intake tube, filter, and heat shield. The very end of the filter on the metal part has a hole drilled in it but has a but and bolt keeping it sealed. Also the intake tube has a small hole drilled in it but has been RTVed closed. It doesnt look bad at all just switched over to the airaid setup instead, will get pictures of it tomorrow. I do believe it is missing maybe a hose clamp and a mounting bracket and a couple bolts. Nothing you could not get at the hardware store for a few dollars at most. I paid 200+ shipping for this but it has about 40k miles on it so 75 plus shipping takes it.

I also have I am pretty sure 3 PCMs that were for the truck as well. I got it retuned a few times and just ate the core charge from neslon perfomance because i always forgot to send them back. 55 SHIPPED each for these.
