I recently sold my '02 Sierra which is why this is available. I installed it a couple years ago and with the 87 octane tune, saw a slight (1-2 mpg) increase in fuel mileage. This was a bonus as my main reason for using it was to compensate for non-stock wheel/tire diameter so the speedo would be correct...
