Default Guaging interest: WTT: Billet 22's for Black 22's!!!

I have a set of Billet aluminum Centerline Tomcat 22x9" wheels with 5.5" backspacing. They have Nitto 265/40/22 tires on them with 80% tread. The rims and tires are both flawless and look great but im just wanna change the look of my truck. The are really lightweight compared to the average weight of a 22" rim. They dont feel much heavier than my 17" chrome stockies with tires. Im looking to trade for some black powdercoated 22" wheels with a polished lip. They must be in mint shape as well and must have 265/35/22 tires or something similar with a good amount of tread or i will keep my tires and just swap rims alone. Im not looking to sell outright as i am only looking to trade. My rims and tires new are $3800.00 but i realize they are used so im looking for something of similar used value. Let me know what you got. If i dont find a trade i want, no big deal, ill just keep them till i get the rest of my truck finished and then post up for another trade then. Thanks!!

Thanks for the compliments guys! Yea, i love the wheels too but the black look has been in my head for awhile and i think i might try it if i can find a good trade. If not, like i said... no big deal. I dont know though, the more i look at my truck with these tomcats, i almost think id be better to still do all the paint matching on the truck, keeping the esky handles and the billet wheels. I think that would look nice and hell and i already got em so that would be easy. Not only that, i have yet to see another truck with these wheels anywhere!! I saw one truck on here in a pic awhile back with them but they were 20's but it was an old pic and he didnt have them anymore and it wasnt even local so i know these are rare. Havent seen 1 other person with them anywhere. I see people all the time with the stingray III's though. I guess cause they are much cheaper because of all the deals you can get on them. I have yet to see anyone selling these for a steal of a price like i have seen the stingray III's on ebay. If i didnt get the deal i did on these, i probably would have bought the stingray III's just cause of the price difference. Thats kinda why i wanna keep them. Not to mention, ive had alot of people stop me and ask where i got them from and tell me they look bad *** and ask if i wanna sell em. lol

Now, if i could just get my drop installed, i dont think i would ever think to sell them. lol I think im just in a phase right now.

I think y2ksierra on gmfullsize has them on his truck in 20s

Personally I would keep them. If you do decide you want some black wheels, do like grippy said and powdercoat the tomcats.

That would be cool! I just dont know if id want to mess up a nice set of wheels though cause i could never go back once i did it. Im actually just leaning towards keeping these. I think they look great but i guess i got an itch to try something new.

I think y2ksierra has the centerline escape wheels. They are similar but not the same. lol

I found out they will tuck but you need to trim your inner fender lips and run a 265/35/22 tire maximum.

Im actually planning to buy new tires and bag my truck on them now so ill be keeping them. Sorry bro. I couldnt find any nice black wheels so im going to stick with my glass feet. lol
