Question Is This A good Price?

There is a guy selling a set of 8 Siemens Deka 60# injectors for $369.00 shipped.
Is this a good price or average?
Is there a sponsor that sells the 60# injectors here?

Yes that is a pretty good deal if they are new. Go to racetronix.com. They are selling those type injectors for $59.99 each, plus shipping.

That's a whole $110 more than the ones I'm looking at.
Yes, the ones he's selling are new. He has 10 sets for sale.

That is a very good price. Those are called Mototron injectors. Just make sure what physical size they are because there is a standard and short version. The short version is too short to use on a truck setup. The standard version will require shiming of the rails just like any other bosch style injector.

What do you mean by shimming? I know nothing about this.

You will have to use spacers to raise the fuel rail with those because they are longer than the stock injectors. I did a write up on it a while back. BTW, those look like the standard ones.

Question

What about if these will be used with the Radix? I can see this is being done with the stock intake manifold. Will those injectors and the Radix require the same procedure?
Is there a set of 60# injectors out there that doesn't require shimming, but only the wire splicing?

I may be a knuckle head but I will only buy FLOW MATCHED injectors. I have heard to many stories about a cylinder running lean why save a couple dollars on injectors. Just my 2 cents. I went with the Deka 60=motrons.
