This one came out of my truck, I installed it 3/07 and probably put 25K on it, the trans shifted and acted like new when I pulled it out of the truck... And this one is Vacuum modulated, billet servos, and has the deep pan. And like he said, by the time it made its was into my truck I had right around $3200 in it, so this is a DEAL
