Have you checked out the LS3 TB? I have not picked mine up yet, but it may rotate in the other direction and is 90mm. Electronically it appears to operate like the TBSS/GMT900 TB.

I may be wrong but I thought the ls2,3, and 7 all used the same throttle body.

This is the LS3/L99 TB. Looks like it spins the opposite direction from the LS2/LS7 TB.

Your right thats a completly different design. I'll have to keep my eye out for one of those. Would they work with the torquerush module like the ls2 TB would?

Yes, but you don't cut the 2 pink wires on the module as you do for the LS2 TB.
