FS: New 90mm LS2 throttle body

Had this for about a day and found out that they're not the optimum choice to use with a TBSS/GMT900 intake. Its never been used, only mocked up. Would be great for an LS2 or aftermarket manifold they're also supposed to work well with forced induction on any intake.SOLD!!!!

GMT 900 is actually 87mm at the blade and the outlet side opening utilizes different radii for the top and bottom halves.

Is this a clearance issue?

Will do. I've had plenty of offers but nothing close to what I paid, I just want to get back close to what I got in it. It'll probably end up on ebay, they're going for 200-225.

No clearance issue. As you can see in the pic the car TB opens with the bottom half moving inward and the intake runners open into the top of the intake. Supposedly there is a 10 hp lose when running this tb on a tbss intake.

Why would there be a 10hp loss?

You really have to look into the intake to understand what I'm talking about, but the issue lies with the throttle blade opening differently. If the alternator wasn't there you could just turn it upside down and it would work. Heres the discussion on it.

From what I recall, the car style LS2 TB also does not open fully on the TBSS. I'll have to try it on my new truck later today.

Have you checked out the LS3 TB? I have not picked mine up yet, but it may rotate in the other direction and is 90mm. Electronically it appears to operate like the TBSS/GMT900 TB.
