FS: Hotchkis lowering kit 99-04 GM Truck ex cab
#6
I see that you have the DJM bearing carrier with this. Is it neccesary with the hotchkis kit? I have a DJM kit on my truck now but am waiting on my hotchkis kit in the mail. I never heard of having to use the spaces. So should I leave mine in when i swap the suspension

if you buy the full hotchkis kit from hotchkis directly, (the one that includes sway bars, coils, leafs, bumpstops etc) it actually has the part needed for excabs. or you can do away with the dual drive shaft and get the single drive shaft that connects the tranny directly to the rear wheels. i believe these were on some z71's? correct me if i'm wrong.

yes it should. Go to hotchkisperformance.com and look it up
there is a price difference in the single cab and ex cab. it also states that there is that extra part you need.
if its the same kit im thinking of, then yes.
