*** This is NOT the LSx platform *** It is SBC stuff.
Okay, here is the deal... I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe that has a 383 in it. The stock 350 gave up the ghost shortly after adding a Procharger (long story). It has a whole slew of really good parts in it, but I am looking to trade it in for a new vehicle.
These parts will fit anything with the Vortec 350 engine. That should be 96-98 Chevy pickup trucks and 96-99 SUV's.
I am located in Fenton, Michigan. I am looking to do trades (preferably in person) on this stuff for stock parts + cash as listed below. I don't want parts with high mileage on them, just to put that forth.
So, down to business.
Flex-a-lite 280 Electric Fans with the temp controller
$250 + stock fan & cowl setup (they are $550 from Summit Racing)
Top-end stuff:
Edelbrock E-tec 200 aluminum cylinder heads, EDL-60989 (Summit Racing)
Comp Cams camshaft, part number CCA-08-501-8 (Summit Racing)
Comp Cams Magnum rocker arms, CCA-1317-16 (Summit Racing)
Comp Cams adjustable rocker arm nuts, CCA-4601-16 (Summit Racing)
Comp Cams pushrods
Cam specs are 212/218 .488/.495 on a 112 LSA
$750 + OEM cylinder heads, pushrods, rocker arms and camshaft.
Bottom-end:
The shortblock is from Speed-o-motive, located in California.
The forged crank and rods are from Speed-o-motive
The forged pistons are from a company called Probe Industries, they have a 20.4 cc dish on them.
Mahle piston rings, file fit
Clevite 77 Bearings
ARP fasteners used throughout the engine
Moroso blueprinted oil pump
$1200 + factory shortblock
I have receipts for everything, everything has about 2K miles on it, probably less. If you look at the prices for this stuff, you will find that I have priced these parts on the cheap.
I have the engine disassembled, the top-end stuff and electric fans are available now. The shortblock I am not pulling until I have a buyer lined up as I might leave it in there and assemble it with the forged bottom-end.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I can get pics, but if we're going to swap parts you'll get to see them in person anyways.
Thanks for looking!
