Alright guys, i called Nelson performance to ask about this PCM and they said if it was sent in for a retune, you would have to pay the price for another tuned PCM because it was not originally yours. They also said it will only fit an 04 specifically so the only person this would be useful for is someone with an 04 and the exact same mods.
Other than that, the owner might as well keep it or sell it with the truck.
