Go ahead and edit it. I noticed that after I made my post, and couldn't edit the title. A 2618 piston has it's benefits, but for the the street I run the 4032. I ran 9.60's with a set of 4032 mahles that I cut a .030" dish in, and gas ported.

These would work in a LQ4 or LQ9 right?

Yes they will work with LQ4, LQ9, and LS6, and LS2 style heads as well. You will just be down minute of compression vs a LS6 specific piston due to the relief being larger. But these pistons have a 1.315 compression height vs probe @1.295'', wiseco @1.304'', and manley @1.304''. A 1.315 CR height will maintane the factory quench without decking the block.
