the thing is, it was probably upgraded to the v2.
once that's done you can't put any more licenses on the v1.
idk, just an observation. it's a very good deal for someone who just looking to mess with their truck only.

Yes it has been upgraded and he knows, I just PM him about it and told me he forgot to put that in there, but again, it HAS been used for an upgrade and CANNOT be used to upgrade again or have anymore new licensed added to it but it still will tune one new vehicle the way it is
