This came with the turbo kit I purchased for my 1999 Silverado 1500. This may have worked on my truck with a bunch of fabrication. Fabrication is not what I wanted to do or had time to do. So I am unsure if this will work on a Silverado 1500. It may with fabrication. It would NOT fit between the frame so please take that into consideration. The intercooler was originally on a 2002 GMC Denali 2500 HD.
