Default Custom turbo kit, tubular manifold, S480, ect.

Wanting up change up my setup so i am selling my one off custom turbo kit. Everything was built in house. everything has around 150 miles on it, turbo was just refreshed last winter and everything is in great shape. I will try to be as cover everything but if you have any questions just ask!

Kit uses stock driver side manifold (not included)
Custom Tubular Stainless passenger side manifold
2.25'' mild steel crossover
4'' mild steel downpipe
billet S480, 87mm exhaust wheel, T4, 1.10ar, polished cover and coated and wrapped exhaust housing.
twin genuine TIAL 38mm gates (will include all fittings and springs)
Custom 5'' stainless intake tube with filter
3'' cold side
50mm BOV
CXracing 4'' intercooler

This kit was built on my truck, a 2000 silverado, 2wd. i never tried to fit it on a 4wd truck so i am not sure if it will fit a 4wd or not. you WILL have to do some cutting and tweaking to get the kit to fit. the biggest things you will need to do is:
1: relocate coils on passenger side
2: trim the ear off the passenger side of the trans bellhousing (4l80e, i also did not run a lower bellhousing cover, the crossover wont fit if you do. also dont think it will clear the 60e bellhousing)
3: bend the A/C line on the dryer just a hair
4: trim the ECM cover or move the ECM back just a bit to clear the cold side.
5: modify the A-frame to fit the cooler, like you would with any 4'' cooler on the early trucks

I want to be as transparent as possible, this is a one off kit and i put alot of time into it. if i dont have a picture of something let me know i can get some, any questions just ask. i am willing to seperate different parts of the kit but would like to sell complete if possible. kit is still on truck as we speak, will pull kit as soon as its sold. Buyer pays all shipping charges. i can ship truck freight to keep cost down if buyer prefers.

Some pics show the old wastegates, the kit now has the Tials and will come with the Tials.

Thanks for looking!

I'd be interested in the turbo if you decide to split everything up.

He used 2x stainless rings/hoops. 1x on each side of the housing and weaved/wrapped the wrap through the inside of the rings to over the housing then back over top of the housing and rings to cover the housing and hide the rings
