do you have access to the interior parts at all? is it a flip up center console?

Would the 6l80 fit my 08 5.3 in place of my current 4L60? Truck is a 4x4

You should check out iamkenniffs 4l60 to 6L80E swap thread. Its a fair bit more involved then just bolting it in. You have to repin connectors and get a new bcm + shifter etc

I wouldn't recommend the swap. Way easier to just buy a truck with one in it. It can be done but its no cakewalk as mentioned.
