3M double sided tape. There are holes on the bottom also if you wish to screw, rivet, or plastice clip it to the rolled inner fender. But the 3M adhesive tape holds in enough.

If you have a regular bumper is the metal bumper needed to install the bumper cover? PM sent.

 

No it is not required if you have an OE bumper. I did not recieve a PM from you though...
