I might be interested. Would I still need new springs and lifters? How much hp at the rw with no tuning and how much with ls1 edit tuning do you think this cam will put out?

You would need at least LS6 Springs. You should see ~20-30 at the wheel ~25-40 with edit tunning. It will have a heck of an idle.
