direct replacement for stock wires on a 5.3?

will fit in stock location with no modification is what i meant. how much bigger diameter than stock wires are they?

Yes they are a replacement for stock wires with no modifications. Stock wires are 7-8mm these are 10.4mm.

would these fit around my pacesetter headers better than my stock wires ? A couple of my stockers are against my headers
