These were pulled off of a new never run 2004 crate engine. I was originally going to put these on my truck, but I've decided to put the money into my Z and then steal the heads and cam off that for my truck. These are extremely heavy, but perfect for someone looking for a fresh start to port. $325 shipped $250 local pickup.
They have been stored in oiled plastic bags since the day they were removed from the engine. I've been told these provide an 5-8 hp gain(before porting) over 853 castings 97-00 ls1 heads I believe are the years. 6.0L Trucks are gonna see more compression and therefore way more hp gains probably 20-30 from switching to these heads.
