Default aluminum driveshaft

gm 15165400
removed from 2002 ext cab, short bed
its the big forged spicer yoke on the end. not sure if its for the 4l80 or it goes into the transfer case for a 4wd. they may be the same spline? could easily be swapped out.
use the tube and shorten it, or buy it for the yoke.
this yoke is 150+ bucks new.
driveshaft measures 68" center of u joint to center of u joint.
driveshaft priced from gm is just over 450 bucks.

50.00+actual shipping

if it measure what I need I will purchase it, can you get me a shipped amt to 29682 (residintial) or 29631 (commercial)

i had a huge brain fart and did not count the splines.
the driveshaft is 4" OD.
the spicer # on the yoke is C3-3329-6
it is 8" from tip to center of u joint.
6" for slip portion only.
1 3/4 OD
1 1/2 ID
(measured with a tape measure.)
i called my buddy at the dealer and he said that the part# had been replaced by 15751438 which is the same shaft with an upgraded u joint.
guess there is/was a TSB out on it. the part # fits 99-03 ext cab 4x4 short bed.
not sure if the yoke for the 4x4 is correct for the 4l80.
i will be back out at the shop tomorrow and count the splines if i cant get a good answer out a dana/spicer tomorrow.
i didnt get off work in time today to call spicer, but i cant find ANYTHING online about the yoke.
at least i narrowed it down that its for a 4wd.

How long is the drive shaft? Could it be used with T-56 yoke & 8.5" 10 bolt? Would like to use this in my 69 camaro.

you could use the tube with the proper front yoke. this one will not fit a t56. if you are hunting one, all th200, th350, 700r4, 4l60 use the same spline as the t56 unit.
its 4" in diameter. if you can fit that large of a shaft i dont see why you couldnt use it.
it will need to be shortened.
with a 6 spd, id guess your driveshaft will need to be somewhere in the mid/high 40" length with a 8.5 10 bolt out back.
