Looks like the one I have...it has a 4 pin connector but may not use all 4 pins. Mine used 1 wire from the factory, then I added another when I swapped in an 02 PCM (a practice that is no longer necessary thanks to tuning software). I'll find the pn that I used for the belt...
*EDIT* Here ya go: GM pn 12576451. I've heard of guys getting away with the factory belt, but using this one will insure that you don't have excessive tension on the bearings of the rotating accesories.
The alternator will bolt right in without modification, although you may need to buy a connector to splice in...some good info here:
