Default 6.0 Liter

I have an 03' 6.0 liter out of a chevy truck(not an SS) with 60K miles for sale. Aluminum heads were just rebuilt. New valves, valve grind, seals, all felpro gaskets, and ARP head bolts. Complete with oil pan, damper, water pump, valve covers, and exhaust manifolds. $1600 OBO. Grand Rapids. Mi.

Is it an lq4 or an lq9.

if it was not an ss then itd have to be the lq4, no other truck had the lq9 except the escalade that year.

the pistons and compression basically, right?
The lq9 is rated to I believe 345hp whereas the lq4 is only rated to 315

lq9 has different pistons and higher compression. both are great motors, but the lq9 has the lq4 edged out a little.
