I just recently pulled this off of my yukon denali, its in EXCELLENT shape and comes with the mounting bolts $100 shipped.

Looks good, I plan to put Magnacharger on so I removed these.

 

will these work on a 06 6.0? If so I ll take them. How do you want paid?

The one that I have fits the 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0. They're all the same block, just diff bores.

 

should fit, the only difference is the dipstick location and shape i believe but it still works fine. Make sure your valve covers have the threaded holes sticking up to screw the cover onto. I'm rocking the same cover on my 04 5.3 without issues. It is a PITA to put on but no worse than changing spark plugs
