If you have the narrow offset style crossmember no it will not, if you have the straight box style yes it will.

I have the straight box style in the 2004 Suburban. Put me in line if it will work for this. I'm waiting on my 4L80 to be delivered

This should def work on it. Any Late 2000-2007.
