I have some parts from my Silverado SS. First I have the stock heads 317 that have 121K miles on them. The stock valve springs are gone but have a set of PAC-1218 single beehive springs rated for .600 lift. The springs have 5K miles or less. I went with a larger cam and needed to change them. The rotating assembly is stock out with 121k miles on them and in decent shape. I am building a 408 so no need for them.
