2007 18" OEM Escalade Rims

2007 18" OEM Escalade Rims
I bought these rims with intention of using them as winter rims when I lift my truck, by my plans have changed. They are 18 x 8, rims weighing in at 28 lbs. a piece. They are MINT, the owner wanted to upgrade to the OEM 22" rims offered. They are $650 new, just one (1) of these rims is going for $200 on ebay. Asking $310.

$310 shipped? Where are you located? Im interested! How much would center caps be?
Put me first in line on these. I need a set of stockies but i need to check to see how much more tires would be from 17's to 18's cause ill eventually be looking to get 22's so i dont want to spend alot on stockies and tires. If its around the same price, ill take these off your hands.
