I have 2 18x9.5 timeless 6 wheels
They need a good cleaning and polishing,dirty have some spots on them
Asking 300 OBO for both wheels plus shipping

I also have 1 18x8 wheel but one or 2 spokes are starting to hairline crack.
I am sure it can be fixed if welded on the backside
IT has been welded on the barrel of rim to fix a crack,this is no issue

i was hoping to buy these 18x9.5s along with some 18x8s txsilverado has available (not listed here but available) but i wasnt able to after all. these 18x9.5s have a 6.5 backspacing and would tuck perfectly with some wide tires in the back and the 18x8s with some narrower tires giving any truck a badass look which is what i wanted but cant at this time. i figured i would chime in and let you all know on both grey matter and txsilverado wheels to help sell and help someone have a real nice setup.

 

so txsilverado has some 8s for the front that will make a full set with a spare

 

Im interested but the cracks and welding worries me. Are these wheels known to crack bad. I just dont want to get the 2 good wheels and they crack as well

 

no, they are not known to crack. Like any other wheeel or product, there is an ocassional one to perhaps come out bad or in this case, this wheel hit something hard at one time leading up to the crack. These wheels along with txsilverado's will make for a great staggered wheel set that will tuck nicely and without narrowing.

 

05rst2nv the welding was done on the 8 but use it as a spare!
Get the 2 good 8s from txsilverado and you have a fullset with no welding or fixes

you gotta PM him, i talked to him, very fair price IMHO. his rims arent Boyd timeless 6s. they are an eagle something rim that looks like boyds. if i could sell a few parts these would be mine, plus Txsilverados rims.
