10 Bolt 3.90 Eaton Posi Rear Axle, Caltracs, Slicks & Skinnies
99 Silverado 1500 Axle is complete as a bolt in with caltrac traction bars and 3 leaf spring packs. 390 ring gear and Eaton posi were just professionally installed by Kodiak here in North prairie less than 1000 miles before the motor blew up. New seals, bearings the whole ball of wax.
Brake conversion was done using a bracket and ‘90 k1500 reg cab front rotors and calipers to clear 15” drag wheels, very clean and great bias with the stock master cylinder. Rotors have light rust that will clean up with the first few stops, not bad at all.
Housing was blasted and painted as you can see it’s clean. Posi fluid and good gear lube installed.
Caltracs traction bars installed, only have a couple thousand miles on them.
Wheels are diamond racing steel spoke 15" wheels, Mickey Thompson expensive drag inner tubes, rim screws, ET Drags 28/10.5-15 with better than half life left. Fronts are ET front 28/4.5-15 on Diamond racing steel spoke and tires look like brand new.
Waiting for a Local pick-up. If they don't sell in a few weeks I will consider shipping options.
$1200 complete axle assy
$1000 for drag slicks and skinnies
or $2000 for everything.

Made custom 3/8" steel brackets, hat rotors from a 90 k1500 front fit like a dream, calipers for the same application bolted right onto the custom brackets. I ran a 1/4" wheel spacer at the track just to be positive the tire valve would clear the caliper. Clean set-up.
