2003 - 2004 Rear Lamps
To answer your questions, yes there is a difference in the lamps. The 2004 lamps have and extra bulb in them. You will need an adapater to convert your 2003 wiring harness to match up to a 2004 rear lamp from what I have seen/heard. Still working on getting the lights myself.
