Both parts just came off my traded-in 2004 ECSB Z71.

Used FIPK p/n 57-3201. $125+shipping

Magnaflow cat-back p/n 15778. Less than 15k miles. $175+ shipping.

I believe the inlet flange is different on the 99-02. Can it be made to work? Sorry I'm not the person to ask.
