Cluster is for 1999 to 2002 models, correct?

Did you ever get the high mileage cluster you were looking for?

Never got the cluster I was looking for got jerked around too much trying to work out trades. And yes it is for the 99-02s Ill edit my post.

I'll take the cutout; I'm assuming it comes with the seal(s), bolts, and plate?

Yes, sorry I didnt put the those in the pic, it comes with the plate, bolts and I think I have a seal laying around somewhere.
