Pulled the 5.3 (28K miles) out of my truck last fall and replaced it with a LS1. Absolutly nothing wrong with the 5.3 just wanted something bigger.
This is just the block, heads, valve covers and a junk oil pan for shipping purposes. I kept everything else for the LS1.
This is the only picture I have right now but can get more if needed.

Should hear an exact rate by this afternoon, but I had a quote to CA and it was about $175 so I don't see any reason why it would be more to where your at. But I'll let you know.
