02 4l80E needs rebuilt

I have a 4l80 that needs a few parts and will run perfect. i had the thing basically rebuil, i have the list of all the parts in it if anyone wants it. The tranny lost 2nd gear, which was most likely the srag for it, and the parking in it doesnt fully engage. From what i read is this is also a sprag that is easy to replace. it has a 34 element heavy duty sprag the one thats probably toast now, and a hd2 shift kit also. the tranny is very clean. I took the vss sensors out of it for my current tranny so you would need to replace those also. other than that it had maybe 500 miles on it when i lost second in it and it is a 2wd model.
I have pics that i'd rather just txt to serious buyers, my asking price is 325 OBO and the quicker the cash the better.
