Your payment to Black Bear Performance....

So I've pulled the trigger and sent off for a tune. I am so excited I can hardly sleep. MUHAHAHA! So... How long does it take BBP To get back to you when you order a tune? 12 hours I wish I would get a call.... or email... or text... Hell I'd be ok with a singing telegram. It's not like me to drop a chunk of money on stuff but my wife said we'll just label it as part of fathers day.. WHAT!!! Headed to the junkyard tomorrow to scout out some parts!

Jared over there said Justin won't be back until Wednesday so its contents ordered but I won't get it for like 2 weeks

cheapest local tuner around here is like 650 bucks.

Got the tune in today and all I can say is WOW! Awesome , Awesome deal and really better than I expected. The only thing I think could have been better is the time frame but I did arrive 2 days earlier then what was stated and it was only a week and 3 days from order to install.

Blackbear does an awesome job! A custom tune is an amazing thing.

The only issue I have is that blackbear has been slow to respond to my emails for a scan tune. I have had blackbear tune 3 vehicles for me and I will continue but I beg them to get back to how it used to be. Quick respons typically same day or next. I realize companies go through growing stages but if it takes 3-5 days to respond to customer orders something needs to be addressed.
