Default Y pipe question

Will I be able to bolt my y pipe with high flow cats directly to my factory catback exhaust without cutting the factory pipe? Installing long tube headers as well. Doing this on a 2009 5.3L. Thx in advance.

What's the flange on the y pipe look like? If it looks like the stock one and is the same length it might just bolt up. Post pics
