i have a 07 avvy with a 6.0, the L76 spun a cam bearing so i found a good deal on LY6. had it rebuilt and dropping it in however i have found metal in the pan on the original L76.

any good ideas on how to flush out the external oil cooler and the rad oil cooler so i dont subject the new motor to crappy metal?
