Question WTF are these wires under the main fuse box PIC

I pulled the fuse box out, saw there were 2 red wires with normal post ends, a blue wire with a weather tight connection, but wasn't attached to anything.. This **** def wasn't hooked up, I think. If the red ones was posed to be over the two posts on the box, there was no bolts on them to hold them down..It app they should be hooked up, but wasn't???..... any info c mon let me know

Trailer Aux power.

Just a guess but I believe sometimes they aren't hooked up at the factory.

trever1t is right, they are for hooking up the 7-way plug for a trailer. if you had a brake controller in the cab there is a harness you buy to connect it to the trucks factory wiring. the plug would go into the box just above the dead pedal. but alot of times that if the wires are not hooked up under the fuse panel then there isnt a wire from the box i was speaking of to the fuse panel. so if your truck has those wires loose you cant hook up a brake controller to the factory wiring.
