Considering my mods, would cut-outs help me any? If I was to get them, they would probably go behind my cats. Another question I have is, would it be best before or after the x-pipe? Right now I'm running a full true dual exhaust set-up with two 4" x 22" chrome tips straight out the back. Thanks.
