wiring boost gauge.

Is that circuit strong enough to power several gauges? I believe it signals the BCM to turn on parking lights, I think it is a low amperage switch- the wire is real thin. I'm asking b/c I also am hooking up my gauges also and was wondering the same thing.

You can splice into any power wire, but if you want your gauge lights to dim with the instrument cluster lights, you need to splice into that particular wire. The gauge just needs a light bulb which they already have, nothing special.

Its powering three gauges on mine. Boost, Fuel pressure, and Air Fuel. Hasn't poped the fuse so I'm confident I'm not over currrenting anything.

Auto-Meter Z series. Wish I hadn't gotten it. It's really annoying to running all the time especially at night. It basically is a voltmeter tied to led's reading the O2 sensor voltage. I've got a cover on it most of the time. Wil probably wind up with a wide band sensor and another gauge. Especially when I start tuning myself and playing with NO2.

yea i hooked mine also through the dimmer switch and i believe it was the green wire and the lights will turn on as soon as ur headlights turn on
