Going LQ9 with a 224/224 .581/.581 on a 112. The headers and cai are being used. Should I be concerned about injectors also?

a set of stock 8.1's should fit your application nicely

Why the big jump from 22# to 42# with the 8.1s? Is it just that they cost the same as other lower rated injectors?

What about 36#? Fast has a 36# set for just over 300.

Also, what about stock fuel pump pressure with 8.1 injectors? Is there any height differences in injectors?

The stock fuel pump pressure is about 58 psi. That's fine with those injectors. There is no height difference, these drop right into place.

Technically speaking, yes they would. They'd allow you to run the extra fuel required (about 40%) without maxxing out the IDC.
