Why does my cat sound like this?

looks like one cat is backwards. last i checked the tubes coming off a cat are for air pumps. but the tubes should face forward
second sounds like the ceramic came lose and is bouncing around inside.
easy fix remove them and hollow them out

THOSE TUBES ARE FOR AIR INJECTION SYSTEM.... BUT NOT FOR COOLING THEM.... IT WAS TO ADD MORE OXYGEN SO THE CATS WOULD "LIGHT OFF" QUICKER... OR GET HOT FASTER.... THEY WERE INTENDED AS ANOTHER WAY TO REDUCE EMISSIONS SO THAT WHEN YOU START THE VEHICLE THE CATS WORK QUICKER...
AND YES YOUR CATS ARE
YOU NEED TO REPLACE THEM OR EVENTUALLY A PIECE COULD LODGE ITSELF IN THE OUTLET AND CAUSE EXCESSIVE BACKPRESSURE WHICH WILL MAKE IT RUN HORRIBLE
