Why does my cat sound like this?

the funny thing about it is you need a reaction to affix the molocules together, requireing energy, thus creating heat making the cat hotter
kind of ironic eh?

oh yeah your cat is busted get a new one before the chunk bouncing around gets lodged in there sideways creating REALLY high backpressure causeing a driveability problem (this happened to my 98 s-10)

Well sweet. They are maganaflow cats. Been on just a few months.
Straight pipe maybe. I'll have to look around. I think I may clamp both ends so I can pull them without having to weld.
BTW this started after I hit some crap in the road pretty hard while in Atlanta. Also scrubbed up the chrome and tore a hole in the tire. New tire...only $500

And...does it matter if it's on backwards? I'm not using the air injection so....it doesnt really matter right?
I dont have emmisions testing so gutting them I guess would be an easy fix.

So,.....if I gut them, what code do I need to turn off in the tune so the O2's don't go crazy?
Where exactly do I go in EFI live to change code reponses?
