Well good luck on that part. I wouldn't post any specific info on that. The guys that prosecute are ruthless. I work as a mechanic right now and my boss does the smogs (I don't have the license for it). He was working at a dealer years ago that got busted. They cam in with guns drawn, aressted all the top management and yanked the machine right out. Although He was not specificlay involved in what ever scam they were doing, it was enough not to make it worth it for him. They Have sent at least 1 car through that I know of since I have been there and I saw the inspector come through and check all the equipment. He got cited for not haveing a specifc peice of equipmet. we dont even Use it or need it but we have to have it any way...

 

yeah i now it is bad if you get cought. i wont post more info than i have. were do you work? i am a mechanic but i have been out off work for like 3 months do to a dui.
