If you need zinc for your cam use Pentosin High Perf II.

I run it in the offroad toy. Its cheap enough that i dont feel bad after dumping it after very little use.

Smell from Rotella? hmm....

Gear oil yeah, but motor oil no. Plus how are you still smelling it once it's in the engine?

I can agree as if you vent a motor the rotella can be smelt more then other oils....Wife complains of this as well

I tried it once when i had the turbo. At one point i had vented covers and it smelled. Which annoyed me. Soooo i drained it and used Mobil1 like i always do.

I've been runing Rotella 5-40 full synthetic in my diesel Benz since I got it (2years) and its never had a problem even in the negative temps we get here.

Also stab mart (walmart) has it on sale super cheap twice a month.
