whipple pully poundage for 3.5"?
#1
hey,, just wondering if there is anyone with a accurate boost gauge to tell me how many pounds a 3.5 inch pully produces on a single pully whipple system. also, would it produce less on a 6.0?

It will produce approx. 2lbs less on a 6.0L engine (but flowing the same amount of air as if it were on a 5.3L) It will be under less pressure on the 6.0L so it will not be as hot. so there is an added bonus
I know Ranwalk runs a 3.5" pulley on his 6.0L setup.

Well, my whipple with a 3 1/8" pulley was pushing 5lbs at 3500ft above sea level...
I just installed a 2 5/8" pulley and now I am making 8.5lbs...now this pulley is supposed to be 10psi according to the guy at Whipple.
Hope that helps.
