Default Another VSC question here!

Okay, so I installed my LS1 fans this weekend, by using a VSC. They only come on when the AC is turned on. I've tried adjusting that little yellow temp adjust screw, but there are no numbers on it, it just spins and spins and spins and the fans never come on! WTF. Is the screw suppose to do that, or what? They keep the truck cool with the AC on, but with the AC off I'm affraid it might overheat before the damned VSC turns them on.

Oh, yeah, and they don't run for 30 seconds after the truck has been shut off. WTF!!!

are you sure they are hooked to an ignition source. if the ignition source to the vsc is not on then it doesnt know that the ignition is on and the fans will not work.

Pretty freakin' sure of that. I followed that websites instructions (http://home.nycap.rr.com/agreif/Index.html)

I used a pink wire, under the fuse panel, that's only hot when the key is in the "on" position. Is the srew just supposed to turn like that though?

Nope, it doesn't stop in the middle. It just spins and spins and spins. It doesn't stop at all. Something tells me it should. I wonder if that could be the culprit?
