yes they do have a break in period. i don't think this one sounds tiny...

yes, but it has LT's / ORY as well. it only seems the stock trucks have that tiny sound? any idea's? would a bullet in the I pipe help that? will that make it more quite though?

I know, im a pain, please bear w/ me... im trying to learn this stuff

if your running cat's then you won't need a bullet. it's has a nice low tone.

since I am using a side exit tail pipe, how should I put the muffler for best sound with NO resonence (sp) or drone...

My Aerochamber finally "broke in" yesterday. I have it dumped right at the muffler, about a foot from the rear end. It has NO DRONE at all and sounds real good. It's fairly quiet, but when you go WOT, it screams. I'm very happy with it!!!!
