Default Where to go from here

I have a 99 RCSB Z71 with a 5.3 and a 4l60e. What are the best reasonably priced mods, meaning forced induction is out of the question. I have a moderate westers tune, K&N FIPK, Vette servo, Taylor Thundervolts, and a 3" cat-back. My truck has 120k on it, should I be worried about modding it too much?

Also, if I go full exhaust, do I have to buy new o2 sensors? I sure getting rid of the cats will send DTCs, can you disable these?

A tune can turn the O2s off. No need to buy new ones.
The only things that are "cheap" that will give you a noticeable gain will be:
Cam--Good
Cam/Converter--Better
Cam/Converter/Nitrous--Best

Some 4.10 gears would be good but if your 4X4, you need two sets and thats $$

I totally agree with 1SlowHoe
I wouldn't place too much money into that motor with that many miles on it.
I would also recommend the cam, converter, and possibly nitrous.
Oh, don't forget a nice custom tune to harness all the power you can possibly get.
Do some Pacestter long tubes as well, your custom tuner can delete the o2 sensors when not using cats.
Good luck!
